Please use my advice. When you create a topic in forum for asking support, don't post a reply to your own topic (unless you get a reply from us).

Because if you do so, your topic will become "most recent". If you want to say something more, instead of hitting the "reply" button, click the "edit" button, and edit your initial post. When we start providing support, we start from the oldest unanswered topic.

But anyway, I have seen your email and provided the support already, Zoom Effect is working just in your website.

So this case is resolved via email, and topic is closed.
