Hi,
There is a criteria to use the ZoomType:Window and MouseWheel together.
Both height and width values of ZoomWindow must be smaller than the product picture itself (picture must be touching the zoom box edges), otherwise the MouseWheel won’t know what the product picture's resolution is, so the mouse movements won’t reflected as expected.
The same criteria applies to InnerZoom & MouseWheel as well. But with InnerZoom, the ZoomWindow will have the same resolution as the thumbnail. So; If you use InnerZoom Type, then the large product picture must be larger than the thumbnail. Either use Large Product Picture, or decrease the thumbnail size. Then both InneroZoming and MouseWheel will work just fine.
You should use LensZoom Type if your product pictures are so small, there is no resolution criteria to run the MouseWheel functionality with LensZoom.
Keep this in mind; MouseWheel zoom is a “digital zooming” and causes pixel deformation after 1.5x - 2x, don’t rely on it. You should upload large product pictures all the time, at least 900x900 for better user-experience.
