After update to v3.9 does not work validation.
I have following error on my home page:
License Validate ERROR: Open the Flexible VM3 Template plugin in your Joomla Backend. Fill out the LICENSE VERIFICATION FORM and click VALIDATE button. Then, click the SAVE button to save your changes.
User name and order number are correct. After click on the Validation nothing happen.
Can you help me?

I suppose you are having problem with seeing the success message (number 3 in the screenshot).. If this is the case, it means you are having a jQuery conflict problem in the Joomla Backend.. Because the form is being submitted via AJAX.. Any kind of conflict of jquery causes failure to submit the form.

What do you see when you look at the console? Are you seeing some kind of RED WARNING? (To open the console in Chrome Browser, see this link: developer.chrome.com/devtools/docs/console)

I don't think changing the browser will do any good. Because what is happening after clicking the validate button is "basic form submission via AJAX"

I highly suspicious that there is a jQuery conflict in your joomla backend. Do what i say; check the Browser Console (chrome of firefox, doesn't matter) and see if there is any red warning..
