Hello, once the order checkout is finished the buyer reads and ERROR message (see image included) although the order is properly made.

In a new topic I will inform you on another problem about login.

How can I solve the ERROR message. This can obviously confuse my users.

This problem is absolutely nothing to do with CleanMart. We don't provide free support unless the problem is 100% related to our template.

But I would recommend you to move to a newer Virtuemart version.
- VM2.6.22 if you are using Joomla2.5.x
- VM3.0.12 if you are using Joomla3.4.x

I suppose you are using a very very old Virtuemart version. I googled the error message you get and found a 3 years old topic: forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=105227.0

Please be aware.. you have to update the CleanMart to v3.9 as well. Because, the older CleanMart versions (such as the version you have) is not compatible with VM3.0.12..

If are not eligible to get the newest version of CleanMar (because your 6-months free-update-subscription was expired). For the quick work around, you may go with the VM3.0.10 instead. BUT NOT VM3.0.12

I'am now using Joomla 3.4.5, Virtuemart 3.0.12 and the newest CleanMart and my shop works worse than before because some items that were OK running at this moment don't go.

I still don't see related products, when I click a category I get a screen with an error 1064. But not all of them, only a few.

I spent a lot of money for an unlimited domains product and I'am exahusted trying to get the right support. Should you be so kind to help me I would appreciate it. Please tell me how can we contact.
