Hi,

1- Open this CSS file:
/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart/assets/css/flexible.css

2- Scroll to the bottom
3-insert this line:

.FlexibleBrowseThumbProductInner img{margin:0 auto; display:block;}

4- That's it. Thumbnails will be centered inside the grids.
