I couldn't understand the problem by looking at your website front-end. I need to deeply investigate it.

I haven't heard from Gilad since i requested his account credentials. So, i still don't know what the problem is (as it doesn't happen in our DEMO and on my local machine) and i still don't have the patch.

Can you please provide me your joomla (super) administrator and FTP account to let me take a look at your website?

I am 100% you guys both have the same exact problem, so once i solve it, i will also post the solution in this topic, so the other one can also get benefit from the patch.

Hi,

This is a very interesting problem that i don't know what might cause this issue. But it is all about Configuration, and no coding patch is necessary.

I will you what the source of the problem is, so you can solve it by yourself.




I found it in the backend and clicked the "Product Images" tab:



Now, scroll down and pay attention to the "Used thumb url" field:

It says: (Default URL) images/stories/virtuemart/product/resized/7107_300x300.jpg



but it should be: images/stories/virtuemart/product/resized/7107_300x300.jpg

I manually corrected it



and clicked SAVE button:

The result:


I don't know where that (Default URL) text comes from to the beginning of the field. I have really no idea. But you need to delete that from the path and correct the thumbnail image path.

I think I know where it comes from this problem, I installed your template CleanMart, and i change the size of thumbnails, i deleted the resized subdirectory to recreate the thumbnails, but the additional small images that are the products page could not see, i deleted the file_url_thumb field content from table virtuemart_medias... and works fine

And it seems that if the field is empty virtuemart do that ;-)
