Greetings! We recently purchased this product and installed it without error, but when we tried to add the module to the site, there were no configuration options available. The entire right column is blank when creating a new module or editing the one that's created during installation. Any insight into this, or advice on where we should look to find the problem? The site uses Joomla 2.5 and VirtueMart 1.2.

Understand the problem. It is not an error or conflict. It is because the Fancy Product module that is supported by VM1.1.x is not compatible with Joomla 2.5.xx. It is actually our mistake, we have never thought that VM1.1.xx can be used with joomla 2.5.xx.
There are 2 different versions of Fancy Product Slider.
1) compatible with VM2.0.xx with Joomla 1.5.xx & Joomla 1.7.xx & Joomla 2.5.xx)
2) Compatible with VM1.1.xx with Joomla 1.5.xx
Your combination VM1.1.xx and Joomla 2.5.xx doesn't fall under any of above. But no worry, i am building a new one for you and i will email it to your email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
