I just bought the Virtuemart Fancy Product Slider and I have the following problem:

when I had a menu item and I choose Virtuemart category layout( I don't see what other choice I can make)
i have problem visualizing it.

What happen is that I see the layout of virtuemart category layout and not the Virtuemart Fancy Product Slider

can you please let me know what I'm doing wrong?

furthermore, do you have a documentation file?

You are actually asking; how module works in Joomla. This is not included to our Free Support, because we are assuming everyone to be familiar with joomla and its modules. To show only Fancy Product slider once a menu item is clicked, you should follow these steps:
1- Create a blank joomla article (name it: New Arrivals Article) (just put a space in it since you can't create a completely blank article)
2- Create a new menu item (name it: New Arrivals Menu) and link this menu item to the New Arrivals Article.
3- Open the "Fancy Product Slider" module and name this module: Fancy Product Modue - New Arrivals, make it appears only selected page by choosing "New Arrivals Menu" from the "Menu Assignment" section. Then from the "Display Group" module parameter, choose "Latest Products" (which shows only latest products from the selected category or from the entire virtuemart categories)

So once the "New Arrivals Menu" menu item is clicked, the blank "New Arrivals Article" and "Fancy Product Modue - New Arrivals" will appear.
Clear enough?

This guide is for how to have a "new arrivals" menu item and to show "new arrival" products inside a Fancy Slider, once the "new arrivals" link is clicked.

If you want to make it for every single category, basically you are going to follow the same steps. But that time, you are going to choose "Random" for "Display Group" instead of "new arrivals" and then you are going to choose "Use category filter = YES" and choose a specific category for that specific module. Basically you are going to create a Fancy Product Module for every single category you have in the Virtuemart. And follow the same steps for each of them.
