Hi Charlie,

We got the "cancellation" notifications emails (for both your orders). So, your money must have been deposited back to your Paypal account (or to your CC) by now.

Normally, all orders become confirmed automatically once the money is cleared. I suppose this "pending" dilemma, happened because you purchased the same product twice in a short period of time and Paypal thought you made a mistake (order duplicatio) and put your orders into a different category (they gave you the option to cancel them, which avoids them to be cleared in our side)

Could you please try again? Open flexiblewebdesign.com, add the fancy slider product to cart and go through the checkout process. But make sure you purchase only once this time :)
