Hi support, I need change the configuration in my mainmenu but all my items have level 1 and I need this menu with level 2

by looking at the screenshot you have provided. I am seeing that;

LEVEL-1: RODACHINES
LEVEL-2: Serie 11, Serie 12, Serie 13 (and all the others)

You don't have LEVEL-3 at all. Do you know how to make the menu tree in the joomla menu manager?

To make the "Serie 12-13" as LEVEL-3 (child item of "Serie 11") Then click the "Serie 12-13" and change its "parent item" selection as "Serie 11" instead of "RODACHINES".

Then the "Serie 12-13" will become LEVEL-3 (child item of "Serie 11")

Understand what i am saying? This is one of the basics of Joomla.

yes of course is very basic but i think is styling i need the css level 3 in level 2 for size and fonts.
i like the css in level 3 but i don't use the level 3, this option change my short links
and the configuracion with my 2 menus have problems

Then do this below. This is way much easier.
Create a "Text Separated" menu item as "level2", and name it " "

(Press the spacebar once. So it will be blank. DON'T LEAVE IT COMPLETELY BLANK, BUT PUT A TEXT SPACE.)

Build a category tree like that:


The result will be:


Therefore you don't need to go into CSS and make any modifications.
