I'm having trouble with the orderbutton when viewers use IE8 in the grid view. Hoovering over a product doesn't show to order button which normally drops down. They must click on details first and then are able to order. Anyway to solve this?

There is only 1 way to solve it. Which is updating to a modern browser, IE9, IE10, Safari, Chrome or Firefox.
The sliding animations are done by CSS3, and IE8 doesn't support CSS3, because at the time IE8 was released; there was no such thing like CSS3.

Don't worry about it. Nobody is using IE8 anymore, and they shouldn't, IE8 is extremely dangerous browser for malicious,virus attacks (even Microsoft stopping releasing updates for IE8) and doesn't support none of the new technologies. We now have Chrome and Firefox which work in almost all operating system. If people insist using IE8 or even IE7, they will see almost %90 of the websites corrupted. Because almost all modern websites are using HTML5 and CSS3 nowadays.
