The "Terms of service" popup does not popup in my FireFox v19.
I read the "Terms of service popup not popping up ?" sticky thread and added the code as posted. The popup works perfectly in IE v9 but not in my FireFox v19!? I also disabled all the addons in FireFox and reloaded the page several times - nada. Having said this, in FireFox, the Terms of Service popup works correctly in the template demo page of this website .

What gives? Why is it not working on my website but does work here? What can be the cause of this?
