Hi,
I just noticed that under my VirtueMart » Front page menu I have two tabs at the end with no images, just some text all over it
(you can check here: www.niko.com.mk/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=virtuemart&Itemid=110) at the bottom.

What is that? I guess Featured and Latest items, but how to handle those?

should be

how many products per row have you set in your VM configuration->home page -> featured products?

it is calculated by

templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart/virtuemart/default_products.php
