We have got your template up and running, just wondering how to get rid of the bullet points above the small images.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

in your css somewhere add
 
.flexible-zoom-additionalImages-slide li:before {
content:none;
}
 

see if that works

I have tried both of them on Edit css/template.css
but it didn't work.

But that is the solution - it is just straight forward css -

You can see it works in the screenshot!

Use Firebug to find out what is over-riding it if you are actually inserting it correctly..

}

exactly the same approach - you need to write your css to eliminate the bullets -
This is your Joomla template doing this - use Firebug to find where and then rewrite your css accordingly..
