Where can i change it, that there is more space between the productlisting in the cart?

Can't find any products in your site - all your older posted links lead no where

The cart layout items layout is just tables - just find the table class and add some vertical margin - I can't tell you the class because i don't know what over-ride you may be using..

but normally
.newshoppingcart {
  margin: 20px 0 !important;
}
 

somewhere in your css
