I'm not able to click on the tabs below the product images.
I mean the tabs Product Description, Reviews, Question.
When I click on them nothing happens. The browser shows just javascript:void(0).

Hi,

Those tabs requires jQuery to run.
Most likely your website is having jQuery Conflict issue.

Javascript:void(0) is the link of that TABs, so nothing is wrong. That JAVA means: do nothing once this link is clicked but do the function that is linked to that button, which is opening the TAB. Because of the jQuery conflict issue, the TAB won't show off.

Hi,

yes I tried the plugin before, but it doesn't work, too, with the tabs.
By the way the plugin disturbed other extensions, so they didn't work.

Is there another possibility to make the tabs work?

Virtuemart Component Officially loads jQuery1.6 in website and it requires this library to run.
Our PureMart doesn't load any jQuery in websites but uses the already loaded jQuery by Virtuemart.

One of the most common jQuery Conflict issues is loading multiple jQuery(s) in a single page. Normally, one jquery library is enough for everything.

Can you please provide me your website and let me check your website source codes?
I need to see your website in order to see what causes that jQuery Conflict issue.
