When you ask a question, the website redirects to a new page. There is no popup window which the usual message.

Maybe there is a jquery conflict, but I don´t know how to fix it. What can I do?

thanks for pointing this out. No it wasn't a jQuery conflict issue...
It was a little thing that we haven't forgotten before.

I patched our VM Template and things make more sense now.
Please see check email that is associated with your account, I have emailed you the patch and the instruction to apply the patch to your website.
