This is weird. You shouldn't have received this kind of message in j1,5, j1.6, j1.7 or j2.5.
Are you using j3.0? (joomla 3.0 has just released recently)

And also, are you sure that you did install the "Flexible VM2 Template" Plugin and published it?

If these are not your case (you are not using Joomla3.0 and you installed the plugin and published it), then i am emailing you a patch to try to fix that problem. Please apply it, it should fix the problem, if not, let me know.

More interesting is that, one Category is working - This one
The other categories is empty, there is no products and the problem is there. I have also one master Category with 3 Sub Categories, where sub category working okey, but the master again is with problem, as inside I have this 3 subcategories.

Your email has been resent, apparently the attachment ZIP file has been forgotten.
Please check your email and apply the patch as described. The jParameter problem should be fixed after you apply the patch.
