Hi.
i have updated to 3.2 and the add to cart isnt working - and then after a load of refreshes it does work - i thought this was just after the upgrade and it would be fine for everyone else but just had a call saying someone cant "add to car" so missing sales.
any chance you could look at this with your usual great speed please ?!

I appreciate it must be impossible to fault find with the update removed but i have had to roll back to a previous version and turn off the plugin to get the cart working again.
i was also experienceing a red cross (image not loading) under all my category images with 3.1 and 3.2 - this has gone now.

the test site still has the issues in 3.2 :

the add to cart seems to be working on here (which is why i made it live) but it doesnt work in Chrome ?

It seems to be related to the HTTPS.
when this is active then the cart works - i have had some issues with this and on your suggestion set it to be on all the time in the config file - it doesnt seem to be turning on now unless you go back to the home page whilst browsing the site,
still fiddling but any ideas welcome !

Hi,

Those "i was also experienceing a red cross (image not loading)" are "manufacturer logos.
You should follow these tutorial to make them appear in the category browse page: www.flexiblewebdesign.com/forum-virtuemart-2-template-puremart-support/250-tutorial-how-to-show-manufacturer-logos
Otherwise, you will see RED CROSS (image not loading).

Or simply you should set the "manufacturer logo" option to NO through plugin. About "add to cart" issue, i really no idea why it didn't work out in your case. But if you are saying going back to previous version solve the problem, then you should stay with the old version.

thanks - the cart issue is to do with the https - and is a problem whichever version i am using so having a bit of a nightmare with this.

Re the red cross issue - i have turned show manufacturer logos off in the plugin and they are STILL showing on the site ?

I have sorted the cart issue by removing SH404SEF and good riddance to it - caused so many issues.

The red crosses are still there though despite turning off manufacturers logos in the plugin ?

There are 2 different places where you can turn-off the "manufacturers logos" in the plugin. One is for "category browse page" and the other one is for the "product details page", make sure to turn off them both within the plugin parameters.
