Just bought PureMart and it looks great. I have some issues whicjh I already founf here in teh forum. For instance:
- remove Quick Look
- remove New
etc.

What I can see is that to change these things the code must be changed. This isn't really user friendly. Also some hardcoded buttons makes it difficult to change the language. I have seen other Themes (not as good looking) where more things can be changed in the backend of Joomla.

I hope in the future the theme becomes a little more user friendly regarding these things because not everybody is able to change these things easily in code and even more important when upgrading the theme these things have to be done all over again.

Yes, you are right, it is one of the drawback of our VM Template now. We are aware of it.

We have been working on it already, in our feature releases there will will an environment in the back-end (most likely there will be a plugin) where you can alter most of the things. Like you said: enable/disable "quicklook" or show/hide "new badge", and stuff like these.

It is just not ready yet.

The initial installation has been done already.
The backend plugin is ready, but for now, it has only few parameters.



But it will have full of parameters very soon. So the owner will be able to enable/disable almost everything through configuration panel. The development is still in progress though, and hopefully this new version will be released soon.

Currently, the development process of "Flexible - VM Product Slider" is continued. We are building an awesome slider extension for Virtuemart VM2 which will have lots of features and the design will look much more cool.

After its done. The next plan is building the plugin for PureMart to change some important features through joomla admin panel easily.
