we are using a parent child variant as a cart attribute.

the parent is not orderable, when i select a child the, the child load but i cant change the child again. for example we will have sizes here, and once a size is selected you cant change it because it does not appear. how can i solve this problem?

Are you using any 3rd party plugin to rename the child product attributes?
Because this is not the original layout of "Generic Child Variant" custom field

Hiding the other product attributes (when the selection is made) has also nothing to do with AJAX.

For example this URL:

Is the parent product and includes all the product attributes

but this URL:
devsix.simplymint.com/jewel-neckcc/038-000-s-womens-corporate-performance-twinset-jewel-neck-product-details
is the S (small) attribute and doesn't include any other attributes beside the S (small) itself in the selection box.

I don't know how you are able to get this kind of layout though.

But please do this: through FTP, change this folder:
devsix.simplymint.com/templates/lifestyleoutpost/html/com_virtuemart/
to
devsix.simplymint.com/templates/lifestyleoutpost/html/com_virtuemart2/

(this change will eliminate the CleanMart from your website completely)

Re-visit this URL:
devsix.simplymint.com/jewel-neckcc/038-000-womens-corporate-performance-twinset-jewel-neck-product-details

and make a selection from the drop down, then see if you will be able to see the other attributes after you make the selection.
(i am 99% the result will be the same, but give it a shot)

If the problem persists (which i am thinking it will) it means our template is innocent and our support ends there.
