I had a look at an article for Puremart with the problem of when you're in the cart and click the terms of service it doesnt seem to popup in a popup box.

How can I fix this for Flexiblemart? Link below

Hmmm, I noticed it worked sometimes and then.it doesnt.. Not sure if its a browser issue or not. Was just wondering if there was some code or script that will make sure it works everytime.

This is what I get when I click on the Terms and conditions.

It loads into this page

Problem is I get this in all browsers I've tried - see attached

it's just a bog standard model link to trigger facebox...

the only reason it wouldn't work (i.e. what you are seeing is the correct page but not in the model) is if a javascript error prevented the facebox code from running

but you don't have any errors and all the other JS on that page works fine..

Thanks for this. I have attached a screen shot of firebug. It hasnt really given me much to go on unless you can see something.

I installed jQuery Easy however I dont really know how to use it. Would jQuery Easy possibly fix this issue? and if so could I possibly get some guidance on the plugin?

Callum, your FireBug doesn't give any error.
Those are not error. Everything looks fine.

As i am seeing the "TOS" popup works just fine, this topic can be marked as solved.
