I have two issues that I need to resolve:

1. One of the reason we went with the fashionmart template is the option to Login as a registered user, register or checkout as a guest on the first screen of the cart. As per your DEMO site. I have looked everywhere but it does not appear to have options to show it like you do in the DEMO Site.

2. The AJAX does not appear to work on Select Shipping and Select Payment.

If someone can give us some direction here.
