Hi,
It is our fault, we should have put a parameter in the backend to disable them easily. I am noting down this request and it will be available in the upcoming version. But for now, to remove them;
1- Open this PHP file:
/plugins/system/t3/base-bs3/html/com_content/category/blog.php
remove these lines:

2- Open this PHP file:
/plugins/system/t3/base-bs3/html/com_content/category/blog_item.php
remove these lines:
<div style="height:40px;">
<span class='st_fblike_hcount' displayText='Facebook Like'></span>
<span class='st_twitter_hcount' displayText='Tweet'></span>
<span class='st_pinterest_hcount' displayText='Pinterest'></span>
<span class='st_plusone_hcount' displayText='Google +1'></span>
</div>
you will be good to go.
