After several problems with step by step setup, I decided to use the auto Akeeba light mart setup. Note that i didnt update Joomla or Virtuemart. So, configuration is default, no updates and Only content added + cherrypicker extention.

I face the following problem. When I am using SEF neither register, or checkout as guest is working. The fancybox is not opening. I 've read several topics in the forum but no clear answer.

About the fancybox problem, i can't say anything without seeing your website and the console log. Provide me a URL where the fancybox doesn't work. I suppose something might have broken the jQuery scheme and causes javaScript conflict. Cherrypicker can be it. What happens if you unpublished that module (or plugin)?
