I have already provided you the solution about it. And it has nothing to do with our template.
Please use google.com sometimes to find some answers. Because Joomla and Virtuemart, they are not completely bug-free.

Open [/b]/libraries/joomla/html/html/behavior.php[/b]

Find this line:
$script .= '    var myAjax = new Request({method: "get", url: "index.php"}).send();';

replace it with this:
$script .= '    var myAjax = new Request({method: "get", url: "'.JRoute::_('index.php').'"}).send();';

Also; how do you know if the user session doesn't expire on front-end? Are you receiving some sort of console error?
And by the way, why do you want to expire the session on front-end?
