I didn't quite understand what you are saying, but are you saying your website is slow because it tries to connect to acyba.com ?

If this is what you are saying;
Our template never ever connects to a acyba.com or anywhere. Indeed, I don't know what acyba.com is. It is the first time i am hearing it.

Please check the 3rd party component you installed to your Joomla. One of the components(or plugins) you installed must be doing it. It is definitely not our template.
