when i used my own size of my product the hovering is not looks well, but when i used the exact image in the demo it works well..

The important factor here is;

All the product thumbnails must have the "SAME" resolution. if some of them are wide, and some of them are portrait (tall) then it won't look good. This is normal.

Also provide me your website URL and let me take a look at your website, because it is hard to understand what you meant by looking at the screenshot.

at this moment i'm working as localhost and yah i will use same resolution i just put the image in your demo to compare it.
my problem is that the additional images and more info button does not show when hovering in the product as you can see in the screenshot i attached...

i want this output when hovering in the product just like in your demo.

Apparently you updated the Virtuemart. So, you should follow these 2 tutorials:

Look at these topics, you are going to follow the same tutorial EACH TIME you update your Virtuemart to any newer version.

i think you misunderstood my question my thumbnails are already showing when you hover but its not showing the whole thumbnail its showing just a little bit of it as you can see in my first attachment and compare it with my second attachment that i get in your demo.

i think i need to edit the size of the box shadow because as you can see it does not cover the whole compare to your demo. but i dont know where can i edit that. please see my attachment again for better understand..

Most of the time, providing us the URL would eliminate all those confusions. So, we can browse your website and see your individual problem.

Please provide me your website and let me see it (i hope you are working on a live server). Leave everything as it is, so i can actually see the problem alive.

This sounds like a minor CSS issue and most likely couple simple CSS rules will make everything look good in your case.

open this CSS file:
/templates/flexible_coolmart/css/modules.css

and find this CSS rule:

And increase the height:130% value. Make it 140%, 150% or even try 170% to find the best value depends on your product picture aspect ratio.
