i try to open the web site in many pcs but i have this error with IE8 or 9 it's the same

any idea for solve this ?

Hi,
This warning should appear only if IE6 or IE7 is used. Because those are very out-dated browsers.

But if you are using IE9 by simulating the IE7 or IE6 (through developing tools), then its normal if you see that error.
You can disable this "Check Browser" feature from the "Template configuration"

Disable this option:
Upgrade Page to NO
