I have problem with manifacturers links when SEO is enabled.
When I click on item and want to click after that on manifacturer in bottom left I'm getting empty page because link looks like:
mysite.com/category_name/subcategory_name/manifacturer/manifacturer_name.html

How can I fix that?

SEF URLs are always headache. Because sometimes, links get new itemID because of the page you are visiting at that time, therefore their SEF URL's gets changed.

The best way would be assigning a menu item for each links. Therefore the "Menu manager" will decide which SEF should get those links. So regardless of the current page's itemID, those links will have the constant itemID (because you are defining one them already by creating a menu item for them) so they will have always the same SEF URL.

Another possible confusion would be because of this;
Due to the structure of Virtuemart (this is not a bug though, this is the normal way). Lets say you have 2 categories: Jeans and Tshirt. And you have Diesel manufacturer.

If you are in the Jeans category and click the Diesel manufacturer. You will see Jeans from Diesel manufacturer. Not Jeans+Tshirt from Diesel manufacturer.

Understand what i am saying? Maybe the empty page you are seeing is related to that. But define "empty page". Is it completely empty, which is a 500 Internal Server Error? or everything is fine, no PHP error, but there is no product found in the Virtuemart.

I understand second part :)

Your sugesstion to add menu item for every manifacturer seams not good for me. Because I need to add menu items for every new manifacturer and respectivly delete items.

It seams that it shows product depending on category and manifacturer. But then how to show all product from manifacturer regardles of what category I'm in?
And is it possible to show error message saying "There are no products by this manifacturer in that category"?

By Empty page I mean no products shown, not 500 error.

If you want to show all products from a specific manufacturer (regardless of the category page you are visiting at that time) then you need to use manual External URL. Using external URL's are always the best way if you don't have 100 manufacturer. Won't take forever to setup them, and you will have full control all the time to what to show and what not to show.

(alternatively you can use the "VM - Manufacturer" module for this purposes, but you might need to modify the module tmpl file to make sure the URL's are the way you want them to be)

This link below:
1- /index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=category&virtuemart_manufacturer_id=10
shows all the products from the specific manufacturer (manufacturer ID number 10) and show them directly in the category browse page.

On the other hand, this link below:
2- /index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=manufacturer&virtuemart_manufacturer_id=10
shows the specific manufacturer (manufacturer ID number 10) information page. It includes the manufacturer description, the manufacturer picture (on the right hand-side) and it also includes the a button that says: "SHOW ALL PRODUCTS". if you click that button it will go to the 1. link
