There is no such thing like "1-3 Days" in the Virtuemart Backend to choose.



But by using this PSD file below, you can create your own individual availability PNG image:
/templates/flexible_coolmart/html/com_virtuemart/assets/images/1-2m.psd

For instance, here i created 1-3 days PNG image for you:
