I have had to do all 3 steps for enable the zoom effect for the Virtuemart products but when I have done stage 3:
and added:

?>

Once I refresh the product page I get a blank page and nothing loads.
I have had to upload the previous default.php file so the website is not off.

I have attached the default-original file and the edited default file.

I am running Virtuemart template Shop and Buy 2.6
Joomla 2.5.14

Probably you have deleted an important line, or forgot to delete it, which caused the PHP error (this is why you get white blank page)

Uploading PHP file extension is prohibited in our forum (it is a security thing). You should have ZIP them before attaching.
