I get an error when trying to install the plugin that I bought from your site.



"XML Parsing Error at 1:1. Error 4: Not well-formed (invalid token)
JInstaller::install: File '/usr/www/users/belgqc/tmp/install_539730128f667/index.html' does not exist."

test area: belgotexvinyl.com/joomla

Please assist me with the install as I only have a short window to install and make live.

Hi,

Sorry for the trouble. That's a silly mistake that we have made. We forgot to put the blank index.html file inside the ZIP, which was causing 404/not found error.

I just patched this error.

Couple minutes ago, i hve re-sent you the download link to your email address. Click the link and re-download the Zoom Effect extensions from our server. This time you will get the patched version and try again.

It might still shows an error message of (invalid token) during the installation, but the plugin will be successfully installed.
