Showing "Sold out" label is not possible in FashionMart Template by default. You can see it in our DEMO:

This product: BCBGeneration Women's Ruffle Tie Dress (the 3rd product) is sold out but there is no label for it on the product thumbnail. Some custom coding changes are required to achieve it, which is beyond our free support. We don't provide free support for custom changes.

I should say that; FashionMart is one of our oldest templates. It supports the latest Virtuemart, we keep updating the core, but since it is old, it doest hasn't have too many extra features that our new templates have. For instance, showing the "Sold out" label is possible with almost all of our other Virtuemart Templates though.

It is so obvious, you are using Google Translator. This is why I have no idea what you are talking about.
Re-ask your question. Use very short sentences. Enter dot after each sentences. Google translator is not that much clever. Can't translate long sentences correctly.

To put "featured" label to products: Open that specific product and check the "On Featured" checkbox
