Can you please enable the "Flexible Zoom Effect" module in your website to let me see the failure?
I am seeing you have disabled the zoom effect.

Not working on chrome browser is not a known problem as of now, there must be something going wrong on your website. I should see it in action. Your joomla template might be creating an CSS override in the ZoomBox zone and hide the picture, i can't be sure unless i see it.
