Support	Hi, Are you sure you have the latest CleanMart version? (CleanMart v3.9 -- which works with Virtuemart 3.0.12) Because the cart layout you have belongs to old CleanMart versions. Regards.

then it is normal if you have a different layout in the shopping cart (comparing to CleanMart Live Demo).. Because CleanMart Live Demo has the latest CleanMart version.

you should compare your website with this Live Demo URL: demo.flexiblewebdesign.com/cleanmart.old/index.php

About the "Terms of Service" checkbox. Make sure to have the "TOS Shopper field" option in VM Backend >> Shopper Field page.. Because "Shopper Fields" are responsible to generate the TOS link in the checkout page. (i hope you didn't delete it)
