I am using https on website: validate doesn't work:

License Validate ERROR: Open the Flexible VM3 Template plugin in your Joomla Backend. Fill out the LICENSE VERIFICATION FORM and click VALIDATE button. Then, click the SAVE button to save your changes.

With console in backend this error :
Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.....' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'www.flexiblewebdesign.com/api.php?callback=.'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

I can validate over http, switch back to https
but I can't use the software over https? I get this front-end error:
ERROR: Username or Order Number is missing. These are requirement for validation.
Please Browse Plugin Manager through Joomla! admin panel, find the 'Flexible VM2 Template' Plugin and enter the flexiblewebdesign.com username and 4-Digits Order Number that you have got while purchasing this VM template. Make sure you are typing those correctly! even though you are in your localhost or in a testing live-server.

ohh i see what is happening. Because you are using https:// but the AJAX is being sent over HTTP protocol

Just for now. Can you open your Joomla Backend via HTTP:// (like: yourdomain.com/administrator and try again? After you click VALIDATE and save your changes, you can go back to HTTPS:// again.

hmm.. yeah, you are right.. My mistake. When you switch to https:// it will ask you again to validate because the ROOT URL has been changed.

I just updated the CleanMart and uploaded to our server. Can you re-download CleanMart from our server? This time only install the plg_flexibleTemplate.zip to your server.. Do the validation over HTTPS:// you shouldn't have any problem. (but if you do, please let me know)
