Hi I am using the cpsol shipping plugin (for Canada Post)

it works fine in every template I have tried but the clean mart

I currently am using chamelion to get the cart page from another template to load when a user goes to the cart so that they can at least check out,

but would love it if we could get the actual cleanmart template cart page to work properly

I think the problem is in a conflict between the shipping plugin and the script that loads the shipping plugins in the fancy dropdown

is there any way to disable the dropdown script for that one section, and just load the shipping options as in the standard default cart?

3rd party extensions usually causes conflict when working with another 3rd party extensions.

The shipping plugin you are using, and CleanMart. Essentially they are both 3rd party extensions to VM and they are developed to work with Default Virtuemart Component. When they are combined all together, it is most likely there will be some conflicts.

We have used AJAX loading to load the shipping rate, which usually conflicts with 3rd party shipping/payment plugins. This AJAX should be disabledt. There is a parameter in the "Flexible VM3 Template" plugin to easily disable this AJAX loading feature:

and see if this fixes the problem.
