In VM 3.0.6.4 there are two new configuration settings on the "Checkout Settings" tab - Enable Automatic Selected Shipment and Enable Automatic Selected Payment. These allow you to choose a pre-selected option for both Shipment Method and Payment Method in the shopping cart. They both work as expected in VM with CleanMart disabled.

However with CleanMart enabled, these settings do nothing when Ajax loading of shipment and payment methods is enabled. Shipment and Payment methods all show as unselected by default.

If I disable Ajax loading of these methods then these settings work correctly. Shipment and Payment methods correctly show selected for whatever methods I set in the Configuration.

I really want to use Ajax loading so it would be nice to have these work correctly when loaded via Ajax.
