I paid $138 for the template plus 6 months of upgrades. When I go to my account to try to download the newer version, I see a message that tells me to click on the view button. When I do, I get my order invoice but no where possible to click to download the new version. On the previous screen I get a yellow box telling me I should have purchased the 6 months of updates. What do I need to do? See attached screen capture.

i just reset the download links of yours and re-sent the new ones to your emails.

Sorry for the trouble. You are allowed to download the template file from our server 999 times until your subscriptions are ended.

From now on, when ever you want to download the most recent version, you can do one of these:
- Click the same link that has just been sent to your email.
- Use "My Account" link in flexiblewebdesign.com.
- "Bookmark" your download link which includes your unique download ID

Your download link (hopefully) will never be expired until 6-months starting from the purchase day. In case it happens, just shoot us email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and i will reset your download link again.
