After reviewing our website, we have found that, using Internet Explorer and Firefox, the remove button (to remove products of your cart) does not work in the process of buying or in the Cart module.

If you click on the remove button using Explorer or Firefox, it disappears and nothing happens.

I would like to know if the problem is because of the template version (3.0), or can be an issue with the ajax or jquery config,

Are you seeing the same behavior in our DEMO as well? With Firefox and IE?
The functionality or codes of that "remove" button hasn't been changed since the PureMart was released.

If our DEMO is working okay in your screen and nothing is wrong, then it means your website having an issue; most likely jQuery conflict. Because deleting the product from CART doesn't use AJAX at all, the page is refreshed once the button is clicked.

What version of PureMArt and Virtuemart you are using?

I´ve tried the demo and it works properly in both browsers, the version we are using to PureMart is 3.0, the version in VirtueMart is 2.0.8 c.

If the problem is due to a conflict with jquery, what could be the solution?

It is a very weird behavior. But finally i figured out what causes that,
open this CSS file:
persorela.es/templates/ja_erio_new/css/template.css

and find this CSS rule:
Remove the "height" parameter from this rule completely.

then find this CSS rule (from the same CSS file):
Remove the "height" parameter from this rule completely as well.
Then everything will start working out well.
