We just bought the extension and installed it the way it was written down in the tutorial.txt.
But after publishing the module I get this:

I got it.

Changed if ($dropborder != " ") to if ($dropborder != "")

It was a typo and you got it right,

Actually;

if (!empty($dropborder))

would be more reliable to check if the field is empty or not.
