I have just bought the CleanMart VirtueMart Template. At the moment I have the problem, that no small thumpnails are shown in the category page (pleas look at the attachment). Can you help me, to solve this problem?

You need to enlarge the thumbnail resolutions (350x350 is recommended)

Look at the 8th page of TUTORIAL.PDF:

You will see the instruction to regenerate product thumbnails.

thank you for the answer. I have did the exact setting as in PDF-File but the thumpnails are not shown.

Hi,

You are sure that you have enabled the Dynamic Thumbnail Resizing option. Right?

Recreating thumbnails is related to Virtuemart core and has nothing to do with our template. Virtuemart uses "dynamic thumbnail creation" feature of PHP. If there is a conflict on your server, and your server doesn't support those functions. Virtuemart will fail to re-generate the missing thumbnails. I am afraid there is nothing can be done about it. No one can you help you except your hosting server provider customer support.

I would recommend you to move your Joomla website to your localhost (with AkeebaBackup Component), then visit the front-end and you will see that Virtuemart will generate all thumbnails with the new dimensions in the /resized/ folder. (Because all localhost has the necessary functions to let Virtuemart check/regenerate thumbnails.)

Then, see this folder in your localhost:
LOCAL_HOST/images/stories/virtuemart/product/resized/

and upload that folder to your live server to here:
YOURDOMAIN.COM/images/stories/virtuemart/product/resized/

Hello,

i have check all settings and the Dynamic Thumbnail Resizing option is checked. I don't understand why on the detailpage the thumbnail works (web625.login-16.loginserver.ch/mobile-tablet/diario-5-5s-5c.html) and on the category page the thumbnails not works?

I have also check the info links, but don't find a information that help me :(

At the folder YOURDOMAIN.COM/images/stories/virtuemart/product/resized/ are the pictures include (web625.login-16.loginserver.ch/images/stories/virtuemart/product/resized/diario_ip5s_grey_b_350x350.jpg)

Ohhhh, now i understood what you meant. It is my mistake, i didn't clearly understand what you were asking in the first place.

You meant the "tiny thumbnails" (aka: Multiple Thumbnails) on category page. Because thumbnails are already visible in the category page:
web625.login-16.loginserver.ch/mobile-tablet.html

But just the "tiny thumbnails" are not visible to let you swap them.

Then you need to follow this tutorial:

and include this CSS rule:
- Change the 50px depends on your needs.
