Hi Support,

I had previously deployed Joomla 2.5, Virtuemart 2.0.26d and a Rockttheme template ACACIA, and had the basics of the virtuemart store working.
I have since then followed the install instructions for Clean mart and now whenever I try and enter the virtuemart areas of the site it just goes to a completely blank white screen.

The site is loaded to a sub folder but reading other areas this shouldn't be an issue.

Assistance would be greatly appreciated

Support	Hi, That is interesting. White blank pages happen because of FATAL error. Since FATAL errors are so important, they will be logged. What your PHP Logs say? Logs usually give more details about those errors, at least Logs will tell us what php file and function causes this error. Regards, Support

Megan Fegan	Ok I have done a search on the install and only two php error_logs come up, one in the root folder and one under administrator I can' t see any line items flagged as FATAL error, but I could also not know what I am looking for. Cheers Attachments: php-error_...tent.txt (155KB)

Did you check the error message dates?

Those error logs belong to last month. (February 27)
If you find the recent logs, i am sure you will see the FATAL error somewhere, because "white blank page" error can be explained only by fatal error only (in most of the cases)

-OR- create me;
- joomla (super) administrator account,
- FTP account

and send them to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Let me try to disable each component of CleanMart one-by one to figure out what actually cause that problem. I am suspicious something but can't be sure before doing benchmark tests.

If i change anything or modify any file I will provide you the detailed information about my touches.
