Did you at least take a look at the plugin parameters?
Open the EasyCalcCheck plugin:
System - EasyCalcCheck PLUS - ECC plugin

and check every single parameters one by one. Just enabling plugin doesn't mean everything will be ready to go.

Did you fill the "Public Key" and "Private Key" fields for the reCaptcha?

Also; find the "Virtuemart" parameter, to enable the plugin in the Virtuemart. Set the Virtuemart parameter to YES

You should be seeing "Captcha" in the registration form then.

I know it will work and you will see the reCaptcha if you carefully setup the plugin BUT!! even though you didn't see the Captcha, this wouldn't be our template's problem. We are not responsible to solve it.
3rd party extensions might not support another 3rd party extensions. This is normal.

You need to contact the EasyCalcCheck developers and ask for support if you need any further guidance on this.

I think that the problem is in the template because easycalccheck works fine in buy guest in virtuemart and cleanmart...but not in register user...not appears...

Can you see it?...if easycalccheckplus not work not appears in buy how guest...

first of all, you have 2 captcha protections.

1- the calculation captcha
2- reCaptcha

Disable the calculation captcha, because the reCaptcha alone is enough.



This URL:

has nothing to do with CleanMart and you shouldn't use this URL for user registration.
Instead use this URL:

Thanks...run ok but now appears a register problem

When i write the data about the user...and push "REGISTER" appears a error:

"Invalid Token, while trying to save user".

I can't say anything about it.
It is obvious, the problem is caused by the EasyCalcCheck plugin.
If the same "invalid token" problem happens even though you disable EasyCalcCheck, then i will be happy to assist you.

is supposed to be your "Shopping Cart" page. But it gives 403 problem.
But the original non-SEF URL of shopping cart page is this:

www.marioelectrodomesticos.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=cart

and this URL opens properly. Are you using a 3rd party SEF URL component?
What is the non-sef version of www.marioelectrodomesticos.com/mi-cuenta/carro-de-compra ?

The same problem also happens by doing this:
Open this product:

click the "Add to cart" button, the product gets added to cart, then click the yellow "shopping cart" page, and the same URL comes up:

and gives the 403 error as well.

I recommend you to disable the 3rd party SEF component you are using. Use the Joomla's official SEF URL rewrite functionality.

One more thing... DON'T INSTALL 3RD PARTY PLUGIN OR ACTIVATE ANYTHING WITHOUT BEING AWARE WHAT THEY DO.

This URL should have opened the "registration form". but in your website, it says:

What have you done to block the access to that page? The registration form requires "login-first", which doesn't make any sense.

i guess, you also need to follow this tutorial as well. You shouldn't create a menu item for VirtueMart » Account Maintenance
instead you should create this item with External URL. Just look at the topic.

Hi...thanks for your help...i need it.

I don´t have any 3rd party SEF URL component i think. I had a menu item called carro-de-compra in sub-menu mi-cuenta and i think that i go to shopping cart redirect there... i don´t see any error in firebug...

I remove VirtueMart » Account Maintenance now...firs i need that works fine register, login and shopping bag...

Yes, i am seeing.
Not error, but misconfiguration.

If you leave your website with this state, you can't sell anything.

%90 of the buyer will "create an account" during the Checkout (in the shopping cart page). Nobody will click the "Register" button from the top menu bar and create an account in advance. This will never happen. (unless you have a different selling strategy, like "wholesale" or something else)

This is why ordinary people do with the eCommerce website;

- People will find your website (from google.com or somewhere else)
- Browse your products
- Add them to shopping cart
- Proceed to shopping cart page
- They Register to website and they provide their shipping&billing addresses

See? The "Account Registration" is usually happens at the 5th or 6th steps in the flow. if you don't show "shopping cart page" just because visitors are not registered yet, you will lose customers.

Therefore, make sure to have these settings in the Virtuemart Configuration:
