I would like to resize the window zoom in flexV2 when the zoom is inside, not find it.

Hi,

You can't "size" the zoom effect. and can't declared a number for scaling (like X2 or X3 etc..)
Or zoom effect doesn't work by virtually scaling the picture.

The Zoom Effect uses the original (large) product pictures and take it as "reference" while zooming the thumbnail. So the zooming can't be larger than the full product pictures.

To get better zooming, you need to upload large product pictures (minimum 900x900) then the "Zooming" will actually be "Zooming".

If our zoom effect scaled up the picture virtually, then there would be some quality loses. Because you can't enlarge any pictures without a quality losses.

Also, you can't change the "Zoom Box" width and height value when using the "Inner Zoom" type, the Zoom Box size (with Inner Zoom type) will equal to thumbnail size.

Sorry, I think I explained badly. I want to change is the size of the frame, I do not zoom more than 100%, do not know if I explain better now

In other templates, zoom inside can be as big the space you have, for example FlexibleMart I've used on other websites

Hi,

If you are using "Inner Zoom" type, the positioning and the sizing the zooming window become ineffective.
The zoom window (the window that you see the zoomed portion of thumbnail) will have automatically the same size as Thumbnail.

The zoom Effect extension of FlexibleMart and CleanMart are exactly the same extensions. They have no difference. I don't know how you possible have different user-experience with Zoom effect in FlexibleMart.

Or maybe i still don't understand what you are asking. You should better provide me 2 URL's that i can see both situations. (the one you are willing to have; and the one that you think it is problematic)

Hi,

Don't get confused with the thumbnail sizing you altered in the Virtuemart Backend.
Because our Zoom effect doesn't use the existing thumbnails that were generated by Virtuemart. Our zoom effect uses full product pictures and resize with CSS resizing to fit the area. (and they becomes the thumbnail of Zoom Effect)

What you need to do is, you need to enlarge the thumbnail size in this page:
www.kairel.com/bebedores/botella-bebedor-compartimento-interior.html

but you can't do it from Virtuemart backend. Because those values are ineffective. Don't touch those values, but instead open this PHP file:

/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart/productdetails/flexv2.php

and find this line:
<div id="FlexibleDetailsPicture" class="width60">

and replace it with this:
<div id="FlexibleDetailsPicture" class="width80">

TIP: just change width60 to width80

The result will be:



if you would like, you can play around with it. For instance you can change the width60 to width55 or width75, try them all find the best value that looks the best depends on your overall layout.
