First of all, upload some real products with large product picture. Product pictures should be larger than 900x900 (pixel)
And (as suggested in the TUTORIAL.PDF) set the thumbnail sizing [minimum] 250x250

About the 2nd problem. It is a small CSS problem. You would need to add a CSS rule like this:But I need to browse your website and investigate your source codes to give you the correct CSS rule.

This will fix the "bullet" issue, that was caused by your Joomla Template.

Thank you for your answer. It fixed the bullet issues but I still have two issues on this page.

One that appeared after inserting CSS rules you gave me. Now tab title for product description is incomplete.

Second one is that main picture of product is overlapping right side of product's thumbnails.

After a one week waiting for your answer, I decided to find another way to fix the new issues that appeared after applying your suggestions. I modified the template by removing the bullets. It's not a nice solution as it removes a feature my client wanted . But it's better than the way it was before.

Still I have two issues that need to be fixed with this template:

1. There is a little square under product's thumbnail if there is only one thumbnail (picture).

2. In checkout page, two buttons have no vertical separation. How can I add some vertical distance?

Sorry for getting your topic late. Somehow your topic has been missed. Sorry about it.

1- To add a space between "Register" "Checkout Buttons" you should decrease their sizes. Then they will be side-by side.
Open this CSS file:

To the bottom!!
(this is important, you should add these rule to the very bottom of this CSS file, after this rule: div.FlexibleRelatedProducts, div.FlexibleFeatured { overflow:hidden !important;}

2- To Translate "Update" button in the shopping cart page. Open this PSD file (with PhotoShop):

translate the text in it. WITHOUT TOUCHING THE HEIGHT AND THE WIDTH OF THE GRAPHIC (which is 44x16 pixel)

3- Same idea applies to REMOVE button as well, but this time, the PSD file is this:
