on Boiliebait the Terms and Conditions link is not showing in the shopping cart. Is this because of the upgrade Virtuemart? And how can I resolve this? Thanks!

Open;

Virtuemart Backend >> Configuration >> Checkout

and make sure "Show Terms of Service on the cart/checkout?" option is enabled.

Hello Support,

I already had the backend language in Dutch and the option: "Show Terms of Service on the cart/checkout?" is somehow not available in Dutch.
Therefore I changed the backend language to English and there it was. So now I checked the option and then turned the backend language to Dutch again.
This worked, thanks!

This is a weird thing, i will keep your solving method in my mind in case it happens to somebody else.
