I am using VM2.0.18a and Puremart 3.4.

Because of a SEF problem discussed already in this forum www.flexiblewebdesign.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&view=topic&catid=5&id=928&Itemid=234#4508

I cannot upgrade to VM2.0.20b in my live site.

But I just wanted to know wether it is OK for me to still upgrade to the latest Puremart 3.6?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Sorry - don't know - just download the latest - rename your current html/com_virtuemart folder and install the latest.
then test..
