Hi there, apologies if this has already been covered, I've done a quick search and come to a blank.

I'm using Pure 3.6, the product view is currently set as default and for the life of me I can't seem to get the 3 icons: Facebook, Twitter, Bookmark & Share to show on the product page.

The Facebook like icon is showing, and the share icons do show in quick view, but not on the main product.

I'm using VM 2.0.20.b
Joomla 2.5.11

I've replaced in default.php

For note I've removed the <> from script code above so I can post in this forum.

Now this has worked to a degree... It's now showing the 3 social share icons, however on click it's going to the top of the page (i believe it should be activating the script)

Hi,

Sorry - you've lost me-- why are you doing these changes - it should work out of the box
e.g. test.flexiblewebdesign.com/virtuemart-2-template-puremart/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=productdetails&virtuemart_product_id=39&virtuemart_category_id=2&Itemid=475

I know this code for this part can be a little flaky if there are cart custom fields but the boss has explained a bit more here

N Copeman	Well that's the thing, It's not working out of the box as the demo link you have supplied is also missing the 3 share icons (see screen grab image of your demo). There's also no custom fields set on my site. The code I've used was actually taken from your 'Quick View' page as this does show the share icons. John	Hi, this small snippet of code is taken directly from addthis site: It isn't really supported by us - if it doesn't work then it means normally there is a javascript error on that page. I have just checked www.jamodomedia.co.uk/uptonwines/index.php/basic-selection/red-wine/rioja-reserva-2007-berberana-detail and they are showing fine? Attachments: rioja.png (85KB)

Hi, yes they are showing, only after I changed the code myself (see second post). The code on the products page was replaced with the code from the 'Quick View' page. Only then did the icons show, however on click, instead of sharing the content, you're navigated back to the top of the page (#) (using Safari).

The icons on the 'Quick View' page work fine, they share the content when clicked.... (Which is why I replaced them on the product page).
